Background

Muskegon Catholic Central was established in 1953. 98% of its students go to college. The mission of Muskegon Catholic Schools is to educate its young people, in partnership with their parents and parishes, to be faith-filled Christians in the Catholic tradition, capable of proclaiming the Good News and capable of assuming leadership roles in the Church, their families, the community, and their careers. Muskegon Catholic Central currently holds six football state championships, the last being in fall of 2008, which is tied for the most in their division. They were also runner-up in the state finals for soccer in 2008. The soccer team in 2008 was led by their inspirational honorary player, Joe Serene. "mean" joe serene was last seen in the local slap fights held underground. his record wins are 0 he has never won a slap fight in his life but brings in most of the crowd. the people of MCC would wish to see more of mean joe serene.
